We take immense pride in curating the finest ingredients, and we personally blend our fragrances in-house, ensuring each scent is one-of-a-kind.

Meet the Founder
Hi! I’m Erin, the founder of Hill Country Collective. Growing up in Austin, Texas, I was deeply inspired by the beauty and natural wonder of the state. Today, I strive to bring that magic directly into your homes.
Now living in the charming community of New Braunfels, Texas, with my husband and our dog, Evie, I find joy in long drives and walks through the beautiful Hill Country. I decided to create a candle line that I would proudly burn in my own home—sophisticated, unique, and made with high-quality ingredients. I'm thrilled to share our candles with you and hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
1. What materials go into the production of your candles?
We use an all natural soy wax, made from US grown soybeans.
Soy burns cooler and longer than paraffin, and as a renewable resource, it is superior for the environment. We believe that uncolored soy is not only safer to burn, but is also more beautiful in its natural color.
Our wicks are lead-free and are made of braided cotton.
Please note that our candles are made from all natural ingredients. Slight changes in color and small imperfections in the wax are perfectly normal, and will not affect the performance of your candle. We recommend burning your candles within one year for best performance.
2. Are your fragrances natural?
Our fragrances are a blend of essential oils and fragrance oils. All of our scents are free from harmful chemicals like phthalates and meet strict safety and purity standards set by reputable fragrance industry organizations.
3. How long does shipping take?
Delivery typically takes between 2 to 6 days from the time your package leaves our studio, depending on your location. Please note that during the busy holiday season, there may be delays due to high carrier volumes. For faster delivery, express shipments will be managed by the carrier that can provide guaranteed 2-day delivery based on your location. While we strive to process orders quickly, choosing express shipping does not guarantee same-day fulfillment, but we will do our best to expedite your order.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States, but we are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.
5. What is your return policy?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Hill Country Collective products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact our Customer Care team at contact@thehillcountrycollective.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require proof of purchase to process your request.
If you’re experiencing an issue with a Hill Country Collective product, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos with a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine how to best lend a helping hand.
